If you're unhappy with your order, or if you select the wrong colour, simply send the hair extensions/closure/frontal/wig back to us in good condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please make sure you keep the tag in tact, due to health reasons, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once the tag has been removed if you change your mind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. For bundles weft, that weft must be unfolded, worn, or tampered with. For Lace wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. you can‘t apply heat or styling products or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package has shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, Please do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.

Once orders have been placed, there are NO CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, ADJUSTMENTS, OR CHANGES to orders once they have been successfully submitted.

Any request to have an order cancelled, modified, adjusted, relocated for shipping, modifications of payment method, inclusion of shipping insurance/opting out of shipping insurance, or any variation of a modification/adjustment/cancellation will be denied and orders will be processed and shipped according to our policy as well as the order sheet we receive.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 7 days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
